Reliance Center provides free medical services for women and men facing an unplanned or unsupported pregnancy or in need of sexual health services. Our free medical clinic services include lab-quality pregnancy tests, nurse consultations, ultrasounds, full-panel STD testing and treatment, pre-abortion evaluations, well women exams, abortion pill reversal, abortion recovery, medical referrals, and more.

The Reliance Education Center in Lewiston, Idaho provides free services and support for women, men and families including but not limited to: parenting education, prenatal education, childbirth and parenting classes, after abortion support, reproductive loss counseling, single mom support groups, fatherhood classes, sexual addiction support groups, job training, healthy relationship coaching, and more.

Do I need insurance to qualify for free medical services?

No, we do not require proof of insurance for medical services or other support services at Reliance Center or our mobile medical unit. Learn more about our free services and how we can help.

How do I know if I have an STD or STI?

Some of the most common symptoms of sexually transmitted diseases are itching, burning, changes in urination, and rashes. Protect yourself and your future. Get tested.

What do I need to know before an abortion?

You first need to know how far along you are and if the pregnancy is viable. You should also rule out an STI/STD and learn more about side-effects, legal options, and abortion methods.

What if I take the first pill and change my mind?

If you only took the first dose of the abortion pill and you are having second thoughts, it is still your choice. Call the 24/7 hotline or contact us to learn more or start the process.

What classes do you offer at Reliance Education Center?

We provide comprehensive support, education, and classes on healthy relationships, sexual health, parenthood, pregnancy, reproductive loss, job skills training, and more.

Is at home abortion or abortion pills legal in Idaho?

While the abortion pill can be taken up through 10 weeks, contact us to learn more about your legal options, resources for women, and what you need to know before you decide.

Is everything I share private and confidential?

We respect our patients' confidentiality to the fullest extent of the law. If you are a minor, you do not have to have a parent present at your appointment. You matter. Your privacy matters.

When should I get tested for an STD or STI?

If you've had unprotected sex, contraceptive failure, you have an abortion scheduled, or a partner has recently tested positive for an STD, make an appointment today.

How do I know if I am pregnant?

If you are experiencing early pregnancy signs like a missed or late period, morning sickness, nausea, tender breasts, fatigue, food aversions, contact us for a free lab-grade pregnancy test.

Do I still need an ultrasound if I ordered the abortion pill?

An ultrasound is the only way to 100% confirm pregnancy and viability and learn exactly how far along you are. No matter what you decide, the first step is a free ultrasound at Reliance.
